How It Works:

SUP Away will provide you with the kit you need to get you on the water whilst you are on holiday, whether you are one person or a group of ten plus. To make your booking, contact us through the website or by phone to reserve your boards, we will contact you to take more information and to take a deposit/full payment via credit or debit card.

As long as we have availability within our delivery team, we can deliver your boards to your accommodation whether that’s a hotel, holiday rental, B&B or campsite - they are then yours to keep for the duration of your holiday or as long as you have booked them. We can also often arrange to meet you where you would like to get on the water on your first days hire (apart from at Bantham Beach - as this is privately owned - however, we are less than half a mile from the beach, so you can pick them up on route to here from our office in West Buckland). When you have finished with all the equipment, we will pick it up and take it away.

Either way will spend some time with you talking through the features of the boards and familiarising you with the kit; how to pump up, leashes, correct fitting of buoyancy aids, transportation, basic paddling technique, safety etc - or this information can be found on our website too.

 

Whilst you have the boards you can either deflate them at the end of the day and store them in your car or at your holiday accommodation. Sometimes it might be easier to leave them inflated and on top of your vehicle, we can provide some car roof straps, if you would like to secure them on your roof rack. The paddles are telescopic and will store easily within a car boot.

** Delivery is free, so long as your order totals more than £100, subject to availability, subject to one of our team being available to deliver them.  If you would like to hire your boards for a shorter period of time, or you are staying outside of one of our delivery areas, we can discuss competitive delivery costs - or by prior arrangement, you can collect from one of our offices (about half a mile from Bantham Beach).  To check if we deliver to your area, look at the map below.
